Neko Ghost XP SP3 is a bootleg Windows XP SP3 edition, which was created by Ngoc Khanh. It released on May 11, 2013, and was added to the archive on December 31, 2023.

Description

This bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 Professional distribution, it comes with programs, themes, wallpapers and a new icon set, as well as a new setup engine with a Chinese Easy DriverPacks selector tool with version 5.3.1.2 (which contain driverpacks).

It is packaged in the Ghost image format as with version 11.5.1, which has to be restored through a separate Norton Ghost utility. Since the bootleg does not come with its own Norton Ghost utility, you will have to use your own copy to install this bootleg.

During the setup, you have to launch various original games as they're put in the setup, even though it has a timer on the top left corner.

It is unattended and preactivated.

Notes

Bootleg quirks

• After installing the bootleg's ghost file, this bootleg can't boot originally because the boot loader is corrupted however, but this can be fixed by using a boot loader repair tool .
• Each theme won't be applied because these are intended to be going to the wrong location.
• The Windows 8 RTM without start button visual style doesn't work because it's corrupted.
