Not to be confused with Leaked Windows XP build 2495
Whistler Build 2495 is a bootleg Windows XP Build 2495 edition, which was created by an unknown author. It released in Late June of 2001, and was added to archive on July 25, 2024.
Until December of 2021, this was the only copy of the build available; and finally, the unmodified version of this build was leaked on December 27, 2021.
Description
The bootleg is a slightly modified Pre-Release Candidate 1 build. it comes with TweakUI and fish screensaver.

Bootleg quirks
- Unlike Whistler Build 2531, you will have to activate the windows and timebomb is also present with different date (September 21, 2001), comparing with the leaked build which is December 12, 2001.

- winlogon.exe is not signed properly.
