Windows 8.1 Potato Edition is a bootleg Windows 8.1 Professional edition, which was created by Ghost Spectre. It released on October 6, 2020, and was added to the archive on November 26, 2022. It's the earliest version of the bootleg.

Description

The bootleg is a stripped down Windows 8.1 ISO. The "Potato" in the name refers to the fact it's been optimized for gaming. It comes with a new wallpaper.

The next version, known as the Update 2.1 which is available in the archive, it's released one day after this earliest version, updates 7-Zip and includes a portable software and updates, and the ability to install more languages. The final version, update 5 was released on February 8, 2021.

It's partially unattended, but not preactivated.
