Windows XP7 is a bootleg Windows XP SP3 edition, which was created by Mounir Bouyed. It was released on May 25, 2010, and was added to the archive on February 10, 2025.
Description
The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO. It comes with programs, updates, themes, wallpapers and screeen savers, it comes with 10 integrated Driver Packs, a new default theme and cursor set. It is themed after Windows 7 and it's beta respectively.
It comes with a boot selector integrated. Through it, you can access the Xp7 System Boot Disk that it's made using WinBuilder 052 on February 19, 2010, Avira Rescue System 3.6.9, as the default language is German, and Hiren's Boot CD 9.5.
On the first boot on the OS, it silently launches Windows Post-Install as it configures the system and installs Internet Explorer 8 and it reboots after finishing.
It is unattended and preactivated. It was made using nLite, the boot selector used was EasyBoot and the autorun was made using AutoPlay Media Studio 7.5

- These last 3 additional screensavers are from the Windows Vista Beta 2, but they did name it as something except for the second one, but they don't work without graphics driver installed as it shows the following error "Unspecified error occurred"
