Windows XP WIN7 Style 18.1 is a bootleg Windows XP SP3 edition, which was created by SPA (real name is Secmac & Putnik & AVAnto). It released on January 22, 2009, and was added to the archive on December 27, 2024.
Description
The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO. It's themed to look like a beta release of Windows 7 at that time, like few other bootlegs. It comes with themes, wallpapers, screensavers, many programs, and many Driverpacks.
At the pre-setup stage, it launches a driverpack extracting tool to select which driverpack you want to extract, followed by Winnt.Sif Editor, which it lets you input your settings to the Winnt.Sif in order to apply during the setup.
It comes with its own boot selector, through it, you can install this bootleg or access the Russian copy of Acronis Rescue Media.
It comes with its own autorun, which it comes with the same options as the regular XP autorun.
It is unattended and preactivated. It was made using nLite, the boot menu was made using Bootable CD Wizard 2.0a1.

Notes
Bootleg quirks
- K-Lite Codec Pack is originally integrated into this bootleg, but it's not installed, so you'll have to install it by going to the
I386root folder and runningklcpf.exeexecutable. - The "Windows 7" theme doesn't work unfortunately.
- "Vista Anthracite", "wipWMP" and "Zune" themes don't work properly, so you need to apply their visual styles and their default wallpapers to get them working properly.
CD contents and other info
- The CD root has a custom icon.
- The CD label is set to
WIN7XP_CD. - There are 2 folders on the CD root, which are named
удаления и твики.txt, as it shows you removed components from the original installation, while the other is namedCD KEY.txt, which it shows you product key from the volume license copy of Windows XP Professional SP3, which is the Russian copy.
