- Updated setup graphics. The fake setup window is now centered properly and a proper progress bar is added
- Graphical setup and OOBE now boots into a higher resolution
- The OOBE has been completely removed. It returns in Windows Dream Vista 3 however

- New profile picture set, consisting of Vista icons and other such
- New boot screen
