SuricataOS Revision Mangosta is an updated version of a Windows XP SP2 bootleg, SuricataOS, made by the same author, which released a month after SuricataOS did. It was added to the archive on March 18, 2022.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP2 ISO. It adds some themes and wallpapers, along with 2 software packs and the Japanese system language (including its IME).

The ISO was made using nLite, and the autorun was made with CDMenuPro.

Changes from SuricataOS

  • The setup will now display in the Windows 2000 style, foregoing the customized setup graphics completely
  • The WPI has been removed completely. The PortableApps.com pack is intact however, which you can now launch from the autorun
