The bootleg is one of the many, MANY, builds that make XP look like Vista. As this bootleg was created in 2008, it's kind of expected. Basically, it makes the system look more like Vista, hence the name. It is preactivated.
It is themed to Windows Vista, specifically with the VistaVG theme, as seen in the bootleg's name. There's some programs and wallpapers included, but not really much more than that. It is preactivated.
