Windows 9 is a bootleg Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro edition, which was created by a website named eastcoast.hosting. It released on April 20, 2019, and was added to the archive in early 2023.
Description
Windows 9 includes a Windows 7 theme, with Windows 7 icons. It has a few programs installed, but besides that, it is mostly stock.
The ISO was made with ImgBurn 2.5.8.0.

Remarks
- When you try to open the ISO in 7-Zip, it will only display the [BOOT] folder. This is because the ISO was formatted in a way that 7-Zip cannot read normally.
