The disk image itself is dated asthe year 2019, which is where the release date comes from. The purpose of this bootleg is to make Windows more accessible and easier to use, as seen in the new shell, which is written in Visual Basic 4, and therefore comes with runtimes for it. == Changes from Windows 3.1 ==
