The OS is basically a modified [[Windows 8 Green Edition]], in which UI colours have been set to red, instead of green, and a new wallpaper. Other than the wallpaper and UI colours, this build is pretty much identical to Green Edition.

* As with Green Edition, the system now runs in Test Mode by default.
