It is a bootleg based on Windows 7 with a Christmas skin pack applied.
Changes from Windows 7
- The setup title bar text is spelled wrong, and the setup OS name is titled "Genome" for some odd reason
- The log in wallpaper is set to a wallpaper of a snowy hill at night with a wooden house
- The set up wallpaper is set to a kitten wearing a Santa hat reading a book
- The pre-OOBE and default wallpaper is set to a Santa hat on the ground
