Windows 2010 is a bootleg Windows 7 SP1 edition, which was created by GMM. It released on January 25, 2021, and was added to the archive somewhere around March 9 and 30 of 2022.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows 7 SP1 edition. It is intended to be a concept of a Windows 7 beta build that would supposedly take place in 2010. It has a bright teal look with a custom-written WPI.

During the OOBE finalization phase, the OOBE video will play. Then, the "Welcome" window will popup, featuring text-to-speech, which tells you that setup is almost finished. OOBE music will play during this process.

  • New setup graphics
  • The setup, log in and desktop wallpapers have all given the bright teal look
  • The pre-OOBE boot screen has been changed
  • The OOBE final setup window's banner has been changed
  • The OOBE finalization phase has had a startup video added to it. A special program installer written in VB.NET has also been added. It is used to install the bundled programs and .NET Framework version 4.0 and 4.5.2.
  • A new default theme and two sound schemes have been added
  • A welcome screen program is present, which is set to start on start up
