It is based on [[:Category:Bootlegs based on Windows 7|Windows 7]], as opposed to its predecessor being based on [[:Category:Bootlegs based on Windows XP|Windows XP]], and the last publicly released version of Bob Pony OS. (there is a "Beta 3" that was never released)
 
This is the final version of Bob Pony OS. There were rumors of a Bob Pony OS Beta 3 that was never released, but Bob Pony confirmed this was not true.
