Windows Batman XP is a bootleg Windows XP SP2 edition created by Ahmed Youssef, released in May 25th, 2010 and added to the archive in December 2021(?).

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP2 ISO which styles the OS after the famous superhero Batman, and also with a Windows 7 theme. This bootleg comes with many software and themes, including some Sysinternals utilities. It is unattended and preactivated.

The system language is English, but the regional language and therefore many of the programs on the bootleg are in Arabic.

Changes from Windows XP SP2

• New boot screen and setup graphics
• New default theme, extra themes with cursors and wallpapers have been added
• New set of wallpapers, mostly from Google Images. Only one Marvel-related wallpaper exists, it is the default wallpaper
• New Windows 7 icon set
• Some Winamp skins have been added
• All screensavers but the logon screensaver have been removed

• The "LOR" theme is what it's called internally. The actual theme name is Золото (Russian for gold)
• When you browse the CD in the OS, a custom folder background is used
• There are folders relating to DAMN NFO Viewer on the CD that is also copied to the OS itself, but the program doesn't actually exist
