Windows HQ V2 is a bootleg Windows 2000 SP4 edition, which was created by mmaciek12. It released in 2011, and was added to the archive on December 7th, 2022.
Description
The bootleg is a modified Windows 2000 SP4 ISO, which has some of Windows 7's features included such as a Start orb and some of Windows 7's visual elements.

- The setup OS text is changed
- The boot screen is set to a plain black background with white text. Due to a quirk with Windows 2000's ntoskrnl, the loading bar takes part of the text with it.
- The setup background is replaced with the Windows 7 one
- Many wallpapers have been added, some being from XP, while many of them come from Windows Vista and 7, betas included
- Some icons have been changed to Windows 7 ones
- The system properties dialog is changed slightly
