The OS is a build of OpenNT, an open source variant created from the leaked Windows NT 4.0 source code. Though it is not a true bootleg, it is kept in the archive for its historic value.
The compiler used for this bootleg (the one used to compile the leaked source code from which this bootleg is based) was Microsoft Visual C++ 2003, which was also compiled from Windows Server 2003 source code.
