IP block exemption

IP block exempted users can bypass IP blocks. Obvious.

Administrators

Administrators (or sysops) can block and unblock users, IP addresses, and IP ranges from editing, protect pages and edit protected pages, delete and undelete pages, rename pages without restriction, along with having access to other tools.

The wiki has 10 administrators.

Bureaucrats

Bureaucrats can grant user groups and are responsible for promoting and demoting administrators.

The wiki has 8 bureaucrats.

Interface administrators

Interface administrators can edit MediaWiki namespace pages, along with all JS/JSON/CSS files.
