Windows 9 Pro is a bootleg Windows 7 SP1 edition, which was created by DilShad Sys. It released in 2014, and was added to the archive on August 3, 2022.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows 7 SP1 ISO which includes several new programs, and a new modern theme designed to look and feel like Windows 8, however it cannot be enabled until Aero is enabled. It also comes with several other themes.

Changes from Windows 7 SP1

  • The boot screen has had its text altered. "Starting Windows" is now "Windows 9 Edition", and "Microsoft" is now "Freeware Sys"
  • The logonui was overhauled.

  • In the WPI, this bootleg has TeamViewer 9, however it is mislabeled. It actually installs TeamViewer 8.
