- There is a README on the Desktop (and in the All Programs menu and the Classic start menu), which contains the name of the mod (Windows MaTeRX V4 2010), the author's email address, model, version, mobile and phone number, age (a young seventeen years of age), and lastly, the author's website: http://materx2010.yoo7.com.
- Microsoft Paint has new menu items added to its Help menu. Additionally, the Help menu name is changed to "Help هام".
- VLC Media Player will not be able to play the system sounds in C:\Windows\Media dated 2009. Only Windows Media Player can play them.
