It looks to have originally released in May 2012, but then updated slightly in November, and updated 2 years later on May 21st, 2014.

The bootleg is a slightly stripped down Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise PElive distributionCD. It has all the usual features of a PElive CD, having many useful utilities, custom networking support, and much more. What's cool about this bootleg is that it is compatible with HBCD/DLC1 Menu, because it has a special utility that allows you to take advantage of them if you insert your own CD with HBCD/DLC1.
