== Changes from Windows 8.1 ==
* The setup OS text is changed
* New setup graphics. Before the setup window appears, the OS title in the background is "Windows 8 AMD Evolution 2016". After it shows up, the OS title in the background becomes "Windows 8 NVIDIA Evolution 2016". Most(most likely mislabeled). The setup window has a subtle redborderred border applied onto it. The buttons now show up as red when you hover/click on them. The Back button is now colored red
* New default theme, and wallpaper
* 62 new themes included
