'''Grass7''' (jokingly called "Windows 7 Nuclear Edition", or "Ass7") is a bootleg Windows edition created by Grass7 Project, released in 2020 and uploaded to the archive on 15 May 2022.
 
== Description ==
The bootleg is a modified Windows 7 SP1 ISO which heavily focuses on making many of the UI elements green and giving the OS a brand new look themed after grass and nature, which includes a new default wallpaper and a Canada region theme with the wallpaper hues changed to green.
The OS includes a new wallpaper, and a refreshed Canada theme, which changes the hue of the wallpapers. Interestingly enough, Canada is the only region theme on the system.
 
Almost all of the default themes (excluding the Classic theme) have been made greener, even including some of the default applications.
Massive changes to the Aero Basic theme were made, such as the taskbar, start menu and some UI elements being turned green, to comply with the nature style of this mod. The Aero theme reflects this change as well. The Classic theme does not include many changes, however.

== Changes from Windows 7 ==
* New setup wallpaper and logo, which is just a Windows logo recolored to green to fit the theme
* Massive changes to the themes were made.
* A new boot screen was added, however you must use a special tool in the install root to enable it.
* A new application, "Grass7 Version" was added, which is simply an HTA program that reports the version number.
* Some programs had their branding changed. Windows DVD Maker was changed to Grass7 DVD Maker. This happensalso withhappened to Windows Media Center and Windows Update.

* The creator of the latest release of this mod bundled their own VMware graphics driver, which causes issues with newer versions of VMware. To fix this, you must boot into Safe Mode and uninstall the "VMware SVGA 3D" driver under Display adapters.
