It released on December 29, 2007, and was added to the archive on January 26, 2024.

* Unlike most of the bootlegs that were found as downloadable disc images, this bootleg was found on a physical disc, albeit from a recordable DVD-R. More likely than not, the original ISO for this bootleg was burnt onto the DVD and was illegally distributed in flea markets and thrift stores.
