Windows Dream Vista 3 is the sequel to Windows Dream Vista 2 created by the same author released 7 months after the last iteration, which was added to the archive on December 22nd, 2022.
Changes from Windows Dream Vista 2
- A brand new boot selector has been added, with unique graphics and comes in Arabic language. Links to a "Mini XP" (which is just old Hiren's Boot CD) has been added, data recovery and disk partitioning programs have been added and the "Boot from Hard Disk" option has an unfortunate misspelling
- The pre-OOBE and OOBE video is present
- New log in wallpaper
- The autorun now starts on startup
