Bob Pony OS Beta 1 is a Windows bootleg edition created by Bob Pony released in 2016.

Changes from Windows XP

  • Everything is now completely broken. From NTLDR to NTOSKRNL.

Notes

  • The Zune theme will fail to copy, ignore it, it won't affect the install.
  • The bootleg is extremely hard to get working. Since the logonui is broken, you can't use it normally, you have to boot into safe mode. The shell is also .NET based, and since RunOnce is never parsed in safe mode (the NET framework is not part of the OS, it is automatically installed), you will have to manually install .NET framework to get everything working.
