Chip Windows XP 2009 is a bootleg Windows XP SP3 edition, which was created by Vasia Pupkin of ChipXP. It released on August 25, 2009.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO. It comes with its own boot selector. It comes with its own autorun, and WPI. Through the autorun, you can access Everest Ultimate Edition 5.00.1652 Beta Rus, and Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5.

The ISO was made using nLite, the autorun was made with Autorun for Windows and the boot selector used was Bootable CD Wizard v2.0a1.

Changes from Windows XP SP3

  • Uses the Embedded theme from Windows Embedded 2009
  • Taskbar is unlocked by default
  • Icons have been replaced with new ones
  • Other official themes, such as Royale, Zune, Luna, are included with their themes using new backgrounds
  • There are 6 other unofficial themes, which are named "BlackBlue", "Disney", "DzVista", "SevenVG", "VistaUltimate" and "WinStyle"
