This bootleg comes in 2 parts. The first DVD has the base OS along with all the PE's, drivers, updates and more, and the second DVD contains the WPI which has all the software, and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 along with English/Russian packs for IE7/IE8, Russian MUIs, and a Windows XP activator/deactivator.

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO. It comes with a boot selector integrated. Through it, you can access sections of many programs including recovery, disk, diagnostic and password cracking utilities, along with many bootdisks for you to choose. There are also several PEs you can use (Hiren's Boot CD 10.1 (in Russian), mini WinXP and Windows PE FullCD Edition), including a modified Linux Mint 8 live CD (which comes with Wine and Ubuntu Tweaks, and a changed Welcome dialog). And oh, there's Acronis Disk Director Server 10.0.2169/Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server 9.7.8206 (in Russian). All of this makes a big contribution to the first DVD's size, 4.3 GB.
This bootleg is a particularly interesting one, because its name implies it is targeted at someone, probably Bill (Bill Gates?). Well, whoever Bill is, he certainly made the creator mad. Jokes aside, this thing comes at around 6.2 gigabytes, making it the LARGEST XP bootleg in the collection! Yes, even bigger than [[Chip Windows XP 2009]]. The first DVD contains the base system and a LOT of live utilities that you can boot. The base system doesn't have many changes other than it having the Royale theme set as default. The second DVD contains the WPI which has all the software.


You can choose to install the OS in different ways. You can install it partially unattended, fully unattended, with or without drivers (Bashrat the Sneaky 8.06), with or without updates (UpdatePack-XPSP2-Rus v8.6.17/UpdatePack-XPSP3-Rus 9.12.12). You can even install it in a special safe mode in case it doesn't work. There's also stock Windows XP both in English and Russian, along with SATA/RAID drivers (English only).
The reason why this ISO is so big, is because that it has a massive boot selector, and it even has a Linux Mint 8 live CD that you can boot. The changes there are minimal, though, and only the Welcome screen is changed and Wine was added.


It comes with many new themes, and wallpapers. It has some programs on it. It comes with its own WPI, with MANY programs on it. It comes with registry tweaks, applying optimization tweaks and disabling some services and other minor tweaks.
