FuckYouBill 2009 is a bootleg Windows XP SP3 edition, which was created by Piter Pen and Goletsa. It released on December 27, 2009, and was added to the archive on April 28, 2023.

This bootleg comes in 2 parts. The first DVD has the base OS along with all the PE's, drivers, updates and more, and the second DVD contains the WPI which has all the software, and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 along with English/Russian packs for IE7/IE8, Russian MUIs, and a Windows XP activator/deactivator.

It is the largest Windows XP bootleg in the collection (6.2 GB, combined size).

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO. It comes with a boot selector integrated. Through it, you can access sections of many programs including recovery, disk, diagnostic and password cracking utilities, along with many bootdisks for you to choose. There are also several PEs you can use (Hiren's Boot CD 10.1 (in Russian), mini WinXP and Windows PE FullCD Edition), including a Linux Mint 8 live CD. And oh, there's Acronis Disk Director Server 10.0.2169/Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server 9.7.8206 (in Russian). All of this makes a big contribution to the first DVD's size, 4.3 GB.

You can choose to install the OS in different ways. You can install it partially unattended, fully unattended, with or without drivers (Bashrat the Sneaky 8.06), with or without updates (UpdatePack-XPSP2-Rus 8.6.17). You can even install it in a special safe mode in case it doesn't work. There's also stock Windows XP both in English and Russian, along with SATA/RAID drivers (English only).

It comes with many new themes, and wallpapers. It has some programs on it. It comes with its own WPI, with MANY programs on it.

The ISO was made using nLite, and the boot selector used was Bootable CD Wizard v2.0a1.

Changes from Windows XP SP3

The setup billboard texts have changed, although most of the texts are random and have 0 relation to the bootleg at all. Most of them are just nonsensical tangents about random things.
The "Royale" theme has been set as default instead of Luna.

Notes

Mini Windows XP (by Lexapass) and Windows PE FullCD Edition (by XaseR) doesn't have winver.exe by default, so it was copied over from a genuine Windows XP CD.
The boot selector takes a while to load.
The CD has its own icon.
