OpenNT 4.5 is a bootleg Windows edition created by stephanos released in 2015.
Description
The bootleg is a build of OpenNT, an open source variant created from the leaked Windows NT 4.0 source code, therefore it is not a bootleg. It's still pretty interesting though!
No modifications of value have been made to the OS.
