Description
Much like Windows 2007, it is designed as a visual mod to mimic Beta versions of XP. Most audio-visual aspects have been changed including replacing the themes and sound schemes.
Since this mod is based off of RTM, it has numerous security vulnerabilities and is ill-advised to connect to the internet.
Changes from Windows XP
- Newly designed autorun
- Pre-installation environment, winver, logon UI, etc. have been changed to reflect the new branding
- OOBE has been updated
- New default wallpaper
- 2 new themes, Watercolor and Luna; both are from different stages of the XP Beta
- New sound scheme, the producer is currently unknown.
- Beta icons added (i.e. the Recycle Bin, which now has handles)
Notes
- This ISO requires a Volume License product key which is not included in
I386\UNATTEND.TXT, although any VOL key will work.
