Most of this bootleg's features can be found simply in the name: The bootleg is based on Windows 7 Starter SP1, it comes with Internet Explorer 10, it's stripped down, hence "Lite", it comes with a dark theme, hence "Black", and the OS is in Spanish. It's not very good at making the OS smaller, as it's closer to the normal size of a 32-bit Windows 7 Starter ISO. It is unattended and preactivated.
