Most of this bootleg's features can be found simply in the name:
# The bootleg is based on Windows 7 Starter SP1
# It comes with Internet Explorer 10, hence "IE10"
# It's stripped down, hence "Lite"
# It comes with a dark theme, hence "Black"
# And, the OS is in Spanish.
 
It didn's nott exactly do the best job at making the OS smaller, as it's closer to the normal size of a 32-bitstock Windows 7 Starter SP1 ISO.
 
Either way, it is unattended and preactivated.

* The OOBE and log in wallpaper is now dark
* New default dark theme, and wallpaper
* The OOBE window starts in classic mode instead of Basic
* A new dark theme with a new wallpaper has been added and made the default theme
