The bootleg is a stripped down Windows 7 Starter SP1 ISO.
Most of this bootleg's features can be found simply in the name:
# The bootleg is based on Windows 7 Starter SP1
# It comes with Internet Explorer 10
# It's stripped down, hence "Lite"
# It comes with a dark theme, hence "Black"
# And, the OS is in Spanish.
It's not exactly the best at making the OS smaller, as it's closer to the normal size of a 32-bit Windows 7 Starter ISO.
Either way, it is unattended and preactivated.
The ISO was made using RT 7 Lite.
