Windows Dream Vista is a Windows XP SP3 bootleg edition created by Tarek Sadek released in June 2012, and added to the archive either in late 2021 or early 2022.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO. It is styled after Windows Vista, as the name suggests. The bootleg has multiple versions of itself which all have various differences between them.0

Changes from Windows XP SP3

The setup OS text is changed to Dream Vista, and centered
New setup graphics with a fake Windows 7 window
New Vista boot screen
The OOBE video has been replaced with the Windows Vista startup video
Four themes are added, all of them being Vista lookalike themes
A new logon screensaver is added with images of Windows Vista advertising
A program that cycles the wallpaper has been added, and will now run on every startup
