Windows Dream Vista 2 is the sequel to Windows Dream Vista created by the same author released almost a full year after, which was added to the archive on August 9th, 2022.

Changes from Windows Dream Vista

  • New autorun
  • Updated setup graphics. The fake setup window is now centered properly and a proper progress bar is added
  • Graphical setup and OOBE now boots into a higher resolution
  • The OOBE has been completely removed. It returns in Windows Dream Vista 3 however
  • New logon screen wallpaper
  • New profile picture set, consisting of Vista icons and other such
  • New boot screen
  • Some more themes have been added
  • New software for the WPI
