Windows Dream Vista 2 is the sequel to Windows Dream Vista created by the same author released almost a full year after, which was added to the archive on August 9, 2022.

- New autorun
- Updated setup graphics. The fake setup window is now centered properly and a proper progress bar is added
- Graphical setup and OOBE now boots into a higher resolution
- The OOBE has been completely removed. It returns in Windows Dream Vista 3 however
- New logon screen wallpaper
- New profile picture set, consisting of Vista icons and other such
- New boot screen
- Some more themes have been added
