Windows Dream Vista 3 is the sequel to Windows Dream Vista 2 released 7 months after the last iteration.

Changes from Windows Dream Vista 2

  • A brand new boot selector has been added, with unique graphics and comes with Arabic language. A Mini XP (which is just old Hiren's Boot CD) has been added, data recovery and disk partitioning programs have been added and the "Boot from Hard Disk" option has an unfortunate misspelling
  • The pre-OOBE and OOBE video is present
  • New log in wallpaper
  • The autorun now starts on startup
  • New desktop wallpaper
