This bootleg is an infamous fake build claiming to be Windows Premiere Edition. It was circulated around the internet for many years, first appearing on BetaArchive's FTP after being uploaded by betaguy224 in 2008.
Despite betaguy224's insistence that it was real, several things pointed towards it being fraudulent
*The memory management system was identical to 1.01, despite Microsoft's claims that they'd rewritten the memory management between Premiere Edition and Windows 1.01.
