The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP2 ISO with RyanVM's Windows XP Post-SP2 Update Pack version 2.1.11.13/C64K (along with RyanVM's Windows XP Windows Genuine Advantage Addon 1.7.18.5a) integrated.

It comes with its own boot selector. Through it, you can install 4 different versions of the bootleg, with varying looks, the last one being a stock version, hence the "4 in 1" in the ISO title. The "mini-bootlegs" all have recurring consistencies, such as the Command Prompt colors being gray on purple, OEM branding, Run and Winver branding. TheHowever, the only changes that are different are the setup, and the login graphics. VistaXP Anthracite is a special case - the folder icons are changed.

It comes with its own autorun. Through it, you can upgrade to the other bootlegs (of course, a very novel concept, as most of bootleggers do not even think about upgrading from other bootlegs, and for good reason), and install the "UTILITIES" that come with the VistaXP OSes. You can also install Internet Explorer 7.0, WinRAR 3.7 (cracked, registered to AYMAN HAMMAD), PowerISO 3.8 (cracked, registered to TEAM EXPLOSiON) and Winamp Lite 5.5 (cracked; comes with theme, vistamp_v_2) in silent mode. There is an option to fix Arabic language in webpages such as Hotmail and Yahoo.
