The bootleg is a stripped down Windows Vista RTM ISO whose purpose is to be both a live CD and a lite distribution, therefore it comes with a PE. It comes with many useful utilities, graphical and command-line included.

The bootleg is partially in Russian because you can find Russian writing in some places, such as in the Programs list there is romanized Russian for the word "Разное" (Raznoe), and in a few of the bundled programs they start in Russian language.▼
