This bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP2 ISO. It is designed to look like Windows Vista, which was '''extremely''' common for bootlegs created [[Windows XP Full Maza|around]] [[Windows XP Ultimate Edition SP3 Light|this]] [[Windows Vista Black Dream SP2|time]]. It is unattended and preactivated.

It is intended to be themed after [[:Category:Bootlegs based on Windows Vista|Windows Vista]], and does it extremely well, which is no surprise, considering this bootleg literally came from [[:Category:Bootlegs created by Benjamin|a (''soon-to-be'') experienced Vista bootlegger]]. Clearly, he knew the ins and outs of Windows Vista very well, long before he even made an actual Windows Vista bootleg.

It comes with many new programs, themes and wallpapers, and cursors and icons, along with registry tweaks. It comes with its own autorun, and specialized software packs. It has 2 software collections that drop to the Start menu's programs, one in the root of the user's Start menu, and another in the Start menu programs itself, which are subsequently split into their own categories. It is unattended and preactivated.

Remarks

  • In the installation guide for the "AeroGlass Theme", there is a concerning sounding line, possibly intentionally written as a way to scare off people peeking around the files of the mod itself.

Don't try any heroism work like extracting the files which i created....if so it will create the Trojan and Worm Virus and it will inject into your system...But don't afraid...Normally their will be no such viruses in that Files...It Will create only when you try to extract....Thank You and Enjoy using Windows Vista Ultimate Fancy

Bootleg quirks

  • The setup billboard text shows faking the registered symbol with a @ symbol.
  • The OOBE graphics has, again, text added to show the creator's name, which is positioned in the top left. There is also a copied and pasted background behind where it didn't need to be.
  • The login screen logo has the OS name written on it. It is similarly styled to Windows Vista's logo on the bottom. The "Fancy" is written in a script font, where the last letter is cut off slightly at the bottom.
  • Most of the available gadgets are broken or do not work at all.
  • Although you can freely change the displayed avatar in the Welcome center, it will not have any effect on the actual user avatar.
  • It is fully possible to freely move the "Welcome Center" text and the Right arrow before it in the Welcome center, which is the only real flaw of the program.
  • IDM is supposed to have a crack registered to "MerCuRy", but it gets overwritten with "MiKiCuN MiKiCuN" instead.
  • The "Ultimate Fancy" theme is a duplicate of "Vista Ultimate".
  • The C: drive has its own folder background.
  • The command prompt colors are set to gray on purple.

  • The entirety of the EZBOOT directory is hidden.
  • All the files on disc are dated February 2, 2008 @ 12:04:37.
  • The CD label is set to "VISTA_ULTIMATE_FANCY_BY_BENJAMIN".

  • The full name and organization is set to "Benjamin Samson.S" and "Home" respectively.
