== Description ==
The bootleg is a modified Windows 3.1 distribution which is packaged in the PowerQuest image format, which has to be restored in the Caldera PowerQuest utility which is on the CD itself. The disk image itself is dated
The purpose of this bootleg is to make Windows more accessible and easier to use, as seen in the new shell, which is written in Visual Basic 4, and therefore comes with runtimes for it.
