Windows XC 2011 (also known as Windows eXCellent) is a Windows XP SP3 bootleg, it was released in February of 2011.
Description
This bootleg is a customized Windows XP SP3 ISO, it includes a custom boot menu where you can install both the "Normal / SATA" Version and one where which includes drivers, other than that, there are new customizations throughout the OS, including a new bootscreen, theme, and much more.
