Notes

  • In SVCPACK, there is an executable named "KB0108508209.EXE" (yes, really) which contains all of the preincluded software that will be installed during Setup. Presumably, the reason why it's named like that is because the authors wanted to package all the software they wanted to include into one executable and disguise it as a normal Windows update, so people wouldn't see it.
  • In the CD root, there is a batch file that launches the alternate version of the setup that lets you upgrade from Windows 2000, ME, or even as far back as Windows 98. This is a standard feature from vanilla XP
  • You can choose to install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, 2.0 SP1 from the autorun
  • 278 unused wallpapers in Thumbs.db
