eWafr-Bedrin was a Russian Windows modding group created by Sergey Bedrin Viktorovich, which was active from the late 90s to the late 2000s. It is most known for its WinBeOS98 and BedOS series of bootlegs, which are considered the earliest existing Windows 9x bootlegs, although prototypical (they were more transformation packs than true bootlegs in their concept). Other modifications and various products have also been published under eWafr-Bedrin, such as OurOS (yes, that is really its name), and even a search engine, "Дрозд" (true thrush in English, a type of bird).
Their domain was originally hosted on Go, until they moved to KM.ru in late 2000.
The name of the group is composed of two parts: the acronym "eWafr", which stands for education (образование), Wise (Мудрость), above (высочайшая), future (будущая), and race (раса), and "Bedrin", which is the creator's last name.
