* The icons are replaced with the Windows 7 ones
* Many icons have been replaced
* The sound scheme is a strange mix of stock sounds, and Windows 7 and 8 sounds. The Menu Command and Popup sounds are taken from Plus! 98, the startup and shutdown (along with logon and logoff) sounds are replaced with religious chanting, and the Question sound is a sound effect of a door being knocked on
* Metro cursors are included. The arrow cursor is replaced
* 583 new cursors are added to the OS, along with some other ones
