This bootleg is a particularly interesting one, because its name implies it is targeted at someone, probably Bill (Bill Gates?). Well, whoever Bill is, he certainly made the creator mad. Jokes aside, this thing comes at around 6.2 gigabytes, making it the LARGEST XP bootleg in the collection! Yes, even bigger than [[Chip Windows XP 2009]]. The first DVD contains the base system, whichand a LOT of live utilities that you can boot. The base system doesn't have many changes other than it having the Royale theme set as default. The second DVD contains the WPI which has all the software.
