The bootleg is a modifiedstripped down Windows Vista ISO whose purpose is to be both a live CD and a lite ISOdistribution, therefore it comes with a PE. It comes with many useful utilities, graphical and command-line included.

The bootleg is partially in Russian because you can find Russian writing in a fewsome places, such as in the Programs list there is romanized Russian for the word "Разное" (Raznoe), and in a few of the bundled programs they will start in Russian language.

* The distribution has been significantly altered - the Explorer shell is completely exterminated, and nearly everything is stripped out.
