* The Explorer shell has been removed in favor of a brand new shell, made in VB.NET. Amusingly, this skips the ie4uinit process entirely, and produces strange results when trying to access essential Explorer functions.
* Windows Classic is present as the default theme, rather than Windows Aero

* Supposedly, there would've been an app store (there are mentions of it in the EULA, and the Start menu, there is even a link to it (which just shows "Coming soon" when you open it)). But, this was never fully finished.
